I have no problem letting him be the best player if he is capable of placing well for months. | ||

At providence they asked Leenock if he thinks him winning the tournament at the age of 16 could be compared to flash doing something similar at that age. He said he shouldn't be compared to flash at this point (or ever?). So I think if he heard someone say "bonjwa!" in the same sentence as his name he would respond the same way. | ||

No they havent, they only want it to mean what it actully does. A player how has been dominant over a long period of time, 1 year or longer. Up until now the only players who has been close to that is mvp, mc or nestea, and those still have a long time to go for it. | ||

I didn't even play Brood War but it's so obvious that people like you that are relatively new to starcraft have no clue wtf you're talking about. It's a different game, okay. What the fuck does that have to do with overusing and misusing a word? It's still the same culture of gaming. There's a history to starcraft and people overusing the word bonjwa are ruining it. A word doesn't just change meaning because it's a new game, but it does change when people say it so much in the wrong context to the point that it has no meaning whatsoever. Leenock is a bonjwa!? Lol....there's nothing wrong with getting 'pissy' over stupidity. | ||

Just because his came last doesn't make it worth 10 titles. Besides, this isn't MMA or boxing, which are two of the most corrupt sports anyway. If Mark Sanchez wins two games against Tom Brady, does he suddenly become the best of all time? It comes from being consistent and beating a variety of people. | ||

It doesn't mean anything else. What else does it mean? Should it be applied to anyone who looks like he's about to win two events in a row? No. If you misuse such a word, BW fans will call you out on it. That said, some BW fans do put too much weight into the word Bonjwa. In Korea, it's not really widely used, and only really applied retrospectively to savior and a few other people. | ||
