It is because loud members of the SC2 community come from Quake and still talk about it, thats it. If Djwheat talked more about Fighting games, you guys wouldn't shit on fighting games as much either.

It's just that Protoss' skills are more flashy. I dunno what Zerg can do to make it as flashy. T_T
Protoss units and animation look pretty good, that's why so many people love them.
Plus a cute player, fans will go nuts.

is a good video, there rapha comments on one of his own games and you can tell there is a lot of analysis going on, just as much as a SC2 game.

Speaking for the Swedish mentality here for a moment, we're thankful they're there, because we want the best to show up and we really don't care where they're from.
If anything it proves that we need to step up our game. And this is a good motivator.
I SO hope they make a trophy that's passed around nations so we can get some bad blood started here as well.
Heck yes. This is why I cannot really pay any attention to tournaments like NASL. I wonder if their viewership dropped a bit with that debacle.
Cannot follow everything anyway. :/
NASL just failed really, especially with NASL 1... they should have known.. with so many tournaments to choose from and my favorite Koreans being sent to those tournaments... no way Imma be watching NASL.
Except that NASL has a couple Koreans in the grand finals also. Liquid'Hero and EG.Puma. Maybe you've heard of them?
I actually thought a foreign would win this, having nani stephano and all the other best foreign pretty much. But can't underestimate puma consistency in owning all non koreans, and hero is just been playing amazing lately

Truth. I feel bad for them but at the same time at least there's always MLG. NASL just... bleh.
