What's funny is that people say that GSL > foreign tournaments because they involve a lot of player specific preparation, yet bash a player because he can't get into Code A. Do people realize what kind of tournament the Code A qualifier is...? Yeah well, that's true, but pretty much every good player has managed to qualify. It's hell in that qualifier, but good players have managed to consistently overcome hell.
we don't even know how many times puma has tried to qualify for the gsl. for all we know as of now, he's only tried to qualify for the most recent one. losing one best of 3 to a top 30 gm zerg is nothing to be ashamed about.

I don't know how they can say HerO was lucky when he scouted the lack of detection then went DT's.

lol can I have a redbull please xD
|
Great decision by Hero
|
What are they talking about hero being lucky... it's well known that going DT after your opponent rushes it is actually a nice meta-game maneuver.

"Can I have another Redbull please!?"

Nice manners Mr. Bitter asking for that Red Bull.

Can I have another red bull please?

'Can I have another red bull?'
NO MR BITTER.

Is that TLO... and Sheth? casting nerchio vs ret? :o

At what point did he outplay Hero? He got ahead via DTs and lost to DTs. Hero didn't die to DTs, Seiplo did. Who got outplayed?

damn thought Mr.Bitter asked day9 for a ribbon but then i heard the red bull opening )
go Seiplo!
|
Seiplo deserved to win that. Well he will win the next 2 if he plays as good as he did in the 1st one.
|
Mr.Bitter going with that pre-finals Redbull, timing out the caffeine/sugar rush so he's at his peak energy for when they enter the Arena

Hero once again somehow a tiny bit ahead of Seiplo in the beginning of the game.

Personally I think both groups of people who say that are idiots. Right now I can probably name 15+ Terrans who I strongly think are better than PuMa and maybe another 10 who I think are probably better, but I haven't seen PuMa play against players of their level to be sure. The thing about PuMa is he is better than almost all foreigners, but he mostly loses to the top Koreans. Sure he can take a game off most players, but that doesn't make him better, and until we see him play against code A and bottom code S players we can't be sure where he lies in the gap between 'better than most white people' and 'worse than best players'.
Pretty much my sentiments. Let's leave it at that.
