Please stop the tournament comparison discussion. Especially regarding players their runs (Stephano seems to be the current topic). Stay on topic and stick to the games. Consequences will be met out to further derailment.

In addition leave the usual out of this topic:

-Balance complaints
-Map complaints
-Stream complaints
-Caster/player bashing
-Off topic discussions

Logically continue this list with things that are obviously frowned
upon. Enjoy the free and wonderful event with loads of games and coverage!

Nop seems Stephano throwing the matches so Naniwa wont advance

Yeah, I'll bet that's what he's doing. How can you think a player would jeopardize their tournament success in order to screw over another player?

Stephano is out

Oh, really?
Still, I doubt he would do that, unless they have a history I'm unaware of.

They streamed two first sets with him, and he played far below his normal level of play.

that doesn't make match fixing acceptable? i guarantee if naniwa was stephano's teammate he would never even consider 8pooling and throwing the game.... :/ I could care less if naniwa advances, i want to see good starcraft games... not some butthurt zerg 8pooling a terran...

He needs to win 2-1 in order to advance.

Sheth has been so good in tournaments for so long. It's nice that he gets to display it for our European fans as well now.

Does anyone have more info on the way Stephano lost to Cloud?

=[.....

Assuming it was not his original plan to 10 and 6 pool Cloud, that is potentially pretty fucked up.

If Naniwa wins, he's going to advance over Cloud due to map scores though.

Somehow I don't think Stephano give a fuck about who advances.

Nani needed moar archons against mutaling head to head fights. But still impressive defense and impressive play by Sheth too.

Naniwa won't advance because he himself is losing games, drama queen?

Yes, but you have to realize that stephano not giving his all against each player is really unfair to naniwa and advantageous for cloud.

He is overrated. Not old. New

Stephano in a weak ass group, still got eliminated, even with a 0-3.
And idra got death group, barely make it. How is idra overrated?
