Leenock is an -amazing- player, don't get me wrong but it's kind of disgusting. Those cheers will never happen for Terran. (I'm a random player, don't bash me )

Did you even watch the first game? You don't see Nestea going Broodlord Corruptor Queen vs Mech do you?
Now that MVP out, I'm rooting for Leenock, both open bracket people. The seeding system is just crazy, these guys play non-stop for three days while others play like 5 matches. Best of luck to the hard workers!

I have more confidence in Naniwa's ZvP than in HuK's. It's just a feeling--but I was rooting for Naniwa over the other toss. While Hero has my favorite style and, imo, has the highest potential ceiling of the late-round tosses, I think Naniwa has the right mindset at this point. Of course, I wouldn't have said that before this tournament. I'm no prophet.

You don't watch MLG very often do you? This is the finals. Naniwa was seeded there for is performance throughout the year. People who play MLG often are rewarded for that.
Rewarded too well, imo.
I rather them reward for consistency than a one hit wonder (even though their points do allow for 1 hit wonders getting into good seeds if they win the tournament). Naniwa being so consistent the whole year allowed him to take the last MLG off and practice his heart out for the finals.

And yet most European pros still do not attend on a regular basis.
And MLG has already said that they're changing the way seeding works so that it doesn't impact tourneys as much.
I'm such a hipster, have been a Leenock fan since his amazing game vs Clide on Jungle Basin. Think it was one of the GSL open seasons. That game blew my mind back then
actually they should have just spaced out the lower and upper bracket games so one player does not have to play like 10 series in a row while the upper bracket waits for eternity to play.
seems like half of TL doesn't follow the GSL. Leenock has been an absolute beast for the past 2 months. He was already in code s back in the early seasons of GSL then kinda fell off and now he's back. (ro8 currently will play against aLive).
- He's the underdog - He's not a multi-time champion who has already won everything - He made a huge comeback in game one - He is a sixteen-year-old kid

We all know why he got rewarded in this way, but the criticism is about the tournament format, not about who Naniwa is. It's just an overwhelmingly biased format. The MLG regular season has it right. It will also lead to not having an almost completely wasted first day as well. (I guess they at least threw up the Global as filler)

I would bet it's much more than half that doesn't follow GSL.
