You must be kidding me. I play competitive soccer at university and if someone is raging or simply walking out frustrated at everyone, not saying GG, that guy would be considered an asshole and wouldn't be playing in future.

They're definitely the better team and they have much more depth, but I think quite a few factors would be in EG's favour right now. True, MLB might not be like the rest. But it depends on the context. If the majority of people don't GG, then it's not really a custom anymore. Just like the person I quoted said that in MLB players don't always shake hands/congratulate each other. But since most people agree that GG is the polite thing to do, that's what the accepted notion is.

I didn't follow the qualifiers this season, but I assume this is zenexlife, who was chosen by zenex to play in the team ace invitational and is constantly at the top of the Korean ladder. Definitely not embarrassing for Puma to lose to a player like that in his worst matchup.

Quite a bit more sparse in basketball and football. Although soccer can get quite hectic as well. And this isn't something in-game we're talking about. It's what happens after the game. There's just different expectations for each sport I guess.
