Stephano doesn't have shattered thumbed down.

Watch how you approach the topic of match fixing. You can speculate, saying "I'm not so sure about the finals, something doesn't sit right with me," but if you are going to outright accuse players of match fixing you need something more than your word. TL takes match fixing/abuse seriously and as such there is a burden a proof when you are accusing players. - p4NDemik

Yeah, I guess meeting MVP's army mid map before he has stationed his tanks etc. would be optimal. It would require a quite early army though I suppose.

DRG's flashy as hell with his playstyle, but I wouldn't say he's better than Curious, who's good at two match-ups (ZvZ and ZvP) instead of just one (ZvT, which Curious is not bad at as well). Overall I'd say Curious's style is far superior to DRG's, but it's kind of boring to watch since it's so standard and safe. Funny how you say DRG has bad ZvZ when it's actually very good.

That said, I doubt Sen or MVP practices that map on close positions regularly. Blizzcon is pretty much the only major tournament still using it.

Oh well if he on the winning team, I would have just taken that advantage and just carried on with the game 2v2!

Tournament maps are so zerg favored that people forget what it's like to play on ladder maps. And that's why the GSL is a ZvZ fest... Pretty much yes. If GSL were using ladder maps, I don't think there would be any Z in code S left. Haha, Z whining in a tournament where 2 of the top 3 are Zerg playing on ladder maps? nice Look at the contestants entering it, for the most part this two per server creates some very obvious winners. I don't think balance can be reasonably determined, but we do get reminded in a rather brutal fashion just how much close spawns sucks. An all in attack or nothing, if MVP had made less hellions and more tanks vs Nestea (like he did vs Sen), that would have been different.

It would require Zerg to be all inning at the exact time Terran moves out. That's not very likely at all.

I don't think it's bad, but I do think it's still a bit of a mystery as to how good it actually is. Played a hell of a game against Losira in the gstl though. It leaves him less than 22 seconds to produce enough Roaches to break a contain consisting of 3 siege tanks (which 2 of them are virtually invincible) and 15 marines, given he didn't make some drones with his larvae just before.
