I hope not, that was hilarious.
People take things far too seriously.
They should just remove that rule then. It's just silly to have rules and as admins completely ignore them.
Its probably up to the player if he wishes to have the rule enforced and since Hero and Huk are friends then i doubt Hero was going to enfroce it.
Why would it be up to the player to enforce the rules of a tournament?
He means that they won't bother enforcing it if a player doesn't complain. Everyone seems to like Huk, so nobody is going to complain about it because they know he's just being friendly. I imagine if someone complained they would give Huk a warning, and then if he continued to talk then they would take action.
MLG: Possibly relevant section of MLG rules: Players found chatting about companies, sponsors, or products will be given a Foul. Players found to be chatting excessively will be given a Foul.
Lol. Even if they say it. You dont honestly think HuK is gonna get in trouble do you? We have seen much worse. Frankly friends talking isn't bad at all, i see why no chat about company/sponsor/products though. But other than that they should realize that excessive chatting means the chatter isn't playing, so he is punished for talking already imo. Its not like they are doing it when on 4+ base and stuff, its just chit chat that is done when on 2 base or less.

There is a rule about chatting. Or actually not allowing it much. But if I remember right, the opponent need report that to admins or they take no action.
