I generally prefer it if invites are extremely limited though, for say a pool of 32, no more than 8 invites. Quite simply, I prefer something more along the lines of IPL3 over something idiotic like NASL2 where it's entirely based on invites and you can think of dozens of players who could replace half the player pool. There's simply too many players capable of comparing with one another to have a pure-invite or super heavy invite based tournament, this is also why MLG's format is iffy because there isn't that huge of a differentiation between most players to give some the advantage of pools. I just annouched at the MLG thread that the time of MLG is so f*cked *p that I am unable to live report it. I have to work tonight at 22:00 CEST time and MLG starts at 23:30.. that is kinda a bummer. | ||
