They're just gonna have to write it off as an expense. I'm not sure what kind of accounting standards IEM uses (Whether they use U.S. or International) but if they use U.S. standards they may be able to write off the expense as an "unusual and extraordinary" event so it wouldn't have any impact on their overall net income (at least on paper). -Accounting major out | ||
