Somehow i have a feeling that TOP will take this tournament fairly easy, unless DRG manages to get in the Finals/against him.

If you have enough sentries, you keep forcefielding so the roaches can't come up. And the cannon fire just slowly kills them.

You know.....for all those cannons that the Protoss snuck in your main base, you deserved to lose the game at that point.


It doesn't matter if you have cannons there or not, if you have stalkers and sentries or in a worse case, some colossuses there, you still get tons of damage done just by forcefielding the roaches. Of course, you should also keep forcefielding the ramp so the rest of the units won't get up.

And doomsville has a point if DRG would have counter attacked with burrow.


You know.......for all that detection Gatored had with his Warp Prism, Sentries, Zealots, Phoenixes, and Stalkers.

I don't know what you're arguing about. Burrowed roaches might have worked. But it's pretty damn unlikely considering how long it takes to research burrow + tunneling claws. Combine that with the fact that DRGs roach warren was in his main and got destroyed (so he had to rebuild it).

By the time he got burrowed roaches his main would have been dead anyways.

Rofl I could see DRG being knocked down out of group stage. His play against Strelok was extremely shaky, then he simply collapsed against gatored.
