It's a coin flip build. TheSTC is a good player, but hellion marauder is a coin flip build where you just hope they don't scout a marauder or else you just lose. it isn't, because it was a hellion+marauder timing attack intended to hit before mutas can pop
it's really tiresome how the new kids on the block that didn't follow brood war aren't capable of seeing past unit compositions and understand the true meaning of a timing attack

BW has a lot of aggressive openers like Terran in SC2 right now. If anything there's more periods of passiveness in SC2 than in BW.
