Yes i imagine so, you can choose which player's view you want to see, but you will have to pay i think.

Also, if it is an observer using player view, then you see both players' food count on top right, and the observer can add production tab or whatever on top left, so that's another slight difference...

It's fairly straight forward guys, from what i read and understood its just going to be like watching them stream on team liquid, but you will be able to hear the caster's too.
