Let's no get ahead of ourselves... Sen got 3rd at Blizzcon, which was more stacked than ESWC. Dimaga did a good showing. And Idra isn't dead either. Stephano is really good, but it's a bit too early to call him the bonjwa of foreign zergs :s
Also Nestea is still better than any of these guys.

I saw Llewelys at the event, I was so sad he couldn't cast along with Yogo, it would have been so much better. Thud seems to knows 2 or 3 things but pomf seems to not follow sc2 metagame at all. He was completely loss when Thud was late yesterday morning. If they don't improve their sc2 knowledge i dont think they will stay as long as that for the big french sc2 events They will, as long as they bring casuals etc. Their popularity won't drop because they are bads, since they attract a lot of people. The good thing would be to provide more than 1 caster like MLG and other big tournaments, plus an english cast in the venue.

With the win, Stephano has cemented himself as the best player in Europe, but Mana... when are you going to win that final that you deserve?

But there should have been an english caster duo streaming from the tournament and not some room on the other side of the globe.
The french casters weren't that good. I don't think they really understand the game quite as well as other casters (even HD or Husky) They can be quite funny but i feel Pomf is trying to joke too hard. Also, Thud is supposed to be the technical casters but i've heard him saying some unbelievable stuff on their VODs. i.e : in a video two weeks ago, they said TvP is TLO's best matchup

You are the one getting ahead. HE said he was the HOTTEST Zerg right not because well he is. No other Zerg is really getting as much attention. Saying he is the best and saying he is the hottest are two different things.
Also Nestea is the most overhyped player atm.

And Blizzcon was not really much stacked than ESWC, 2 koreans (NesTea and Mvp a little better than MKP & MC but MKP & MC are still top tier players) and a few good foreigners. ESWC had a sick line-up of foreigners

As for Stephano, he is doing a lot of stuff right : -Always leading the engagement VS siege tanks by bombing infested terran eggs -Very good map control and map awareness -Comfortable with a lot of different playstyles -Able to take strategic decision on the fly (burrowing banelings upon realizing he forgot the speed VS Cloud was quite amazing) -Very good flanking/micro (when he is not careless with the infestors ).
I think we can all agree on the fact he is one of the hottest zerg right now. Let's now hope he will show some consistency and deliver some very good games in the future .

I think its because he's won $56,000 and 2 tournaments in 2 weeks. You know.... facts.

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?
This guy won 2 of the biggest events of the year in the last 2 weeks and had a good showing at MLG. Nobody is saying that he is as good as Nestea or anything, but Jesus Christ give that guy at least some credit.

Nobody said that stephano is the best zerg ever, but non can deny that he right now is the hottest zerg outside korea.
It can of course change quickly but right now there just is no question about it.

Too many comments like these around here.. Just because there have grown a lot of tournaments this last year doesn't mean ESWC has become nothing.
And Stephano has won his second tournament in 2 weeks now, he doesn't even get as much attention as he deserves! Keep fighting man!
