uh no, he'll place 2nd, because that's his destiny.
I can see Stephano having a chance to beat MKP. I'll be really disappointed if MKP loses to Mana or Grubby
Mana would probably beat MKP. MKPs worst MU is TvP (like, it's terrible compared to his others). And Mana's best is PvT. Manas PvT has been good enough to beat PuMa whose TvP is probably much better than MKPs.
Either way, that should be an awesome match. Really hope that's what we get in the finals.
I don't know where you're getting your info from, but mkp's tvp is one of his best matchup. It's TvT that is his worst matchup by far. MKP should roll mana if they meet, or I'll be disappointed if he plays like he did against huk.
That's exactly where I'm getting my info from. His TvP was terrible at MLG Orlando. I don't see how 1 week later, it's suddenly going to be at the form it was at a couple of months ago.
He absolutely raped MaNa in the showmatch an Mana hasn't been too impressive this event.
I talked to MaNa, and he didn't take the showmatch seriously at all. I would not count him out, his PvT is beastly
IMO it'll go something like this: Marineking 60% vs Stephano 40% and Grubby 45% vs MaNa 55%
Although Marineking is Korean and one of the best, Stephano is like Nestea of foreigners, so he has a good chance. I mean have you seen Nestea vs MVP winners bracket finals first game? Stephano has mastered this upgraded lings + infestors and we saw how it works in IPL 3. But yeah... it's Marineking for F*** SAKE!
MaNa vs Grubby is a lot tougher to predict. Grubby slowly but steadly pulled up his skill level and now he is able to win with the likes of Nerchio or LiveZerg aka "the Russian guy who beat IdrA". His Korean training is paying off as we could also see in his own tournament. MaNa on the other side is/was slumping since like 1 month, but still has beastly PvP! I'm sure MC would agree

I do believe that MKP is the favorite in this match, but are you seriously calling IPL3 a small tournament? Or did I just get trolled?
IPL was a relatively small tournament.
lol if a 100k dollars tournament with 12 koreans and all the best foreign players in the world is small. Then plz define whats big and small
Some people will get very defensive very quickly and say that if a tournament hasn't been won by a Korean it wasn't a serious one. Which obviously means that foreigners will never win a serious tournament, since it'd become an irrelevant one as soon as that happens.
Yup, if HuK (or another foreigner) wins a GSL it will count for nothing since he didn't win Open Season 2
Huk is korean trained so it counts as a KR win anyways. Same with Idra who spent 3 years in korea. It's not genetics, it's korean training that makes you good.
Hate to start up this discussion again but that reasoning makes no sense at all to me. Just because someone has korean got korean traning and is living in korea atm does not make them korean. Your nationality dosent just suddenly change because your living in another country for awhile.
taking Huk as Korean PLAYER is fine cause he is training like Koreans and with Koreans so he isn't 100% forner player...

So would you then consider a polish football player playing in the premier league an english player ? Same reasoning.

Well I don't mean KR as in nationality, when I say KR, I mean training wise. Just like select is NA trained for the most part, even though he's korean.
don't get me wrong. i don't say that HuK isn't american any more. He just isn't a player that proves that forners can beat Koreans casue he isn't trainng with forners.
DoA if you are reading this thread your mic is doing that loud air blowy thing you might want to normalize it a bit before the games start so we can enjoy your laughs

Yeah, but the rest of the world means nationality as in nationality. And KR as in Korean. So if you don't specify, then we won't get what you mean
