Keep enjoying the games. In advance, if you OP whine, see you in a while. If you post well, hopefully see a lot more of you :D <3 |

Revival is a pretty good player in GSTL if i so recall.... But yeah, losing to slumping Jinro is not a good sign, but Idra's ZvP has been terrible for ages..

Dammit why couldn't idra vs puma be first, I'll only have time to watch the first match and its PvP

I agree with that prediction except puma > hasuorbs 3-1 for the final.

China can't be too happy about their entire top 8 being foreign to their country. Its weird how China managed to be so far behind despite having access to the game for so long. Players like Loner did alright for a while, but were eventually swept away.

Cheering for Elfi! gogogogogo
|
I definetely think Puma should win but i really hope that Idra can pull through

China only had it's own version of SC2 since early summer 2011, they use to play in SEA and TW servers which meant less players etc. Give them a year or two and they'll be a powerhouse.

Beyond effective use of the 1-1-1, Puma's TvP is poor. This is unsurprising, because if you use a 1 base build which give you a large advantage in most games, you will be worse at playing an even game which stretches on.
I hope Puma is enjoying his time in the TvP sun, because it will come with a price.

This tournament is now incredibly sad for me... Unless hasuobs pulls a miracle, Puma is going to win ... Never liked his style, plus he's in EG. Was really rooting for DIMAGA here. Oh well go Hasu!
|
Wow, sucks that Dimaga lost to Hasu. I was hoping for him to take the tournament, and I think he would have a great chance against Puma in the finals.

Same could be said to 2 Rax, doesn''t make good terran players any lesser than they are. Play to win.
And also, Puma's Late game T v P is absolutely monstrous, i am not sure where you pulled the fact that puma is bad at TvP from.

Have you watched his games against Mana? I think his TvP late game is very poor. Even in the NASL finals he somehow blew tremendous advantages and let MC stay in games when he most absolutely shouldn't have.
If Puma gets through Idra, and either Elfi or Hasu can enter mid game even with Puma, I fully expect either to beat Puma.

IdrA said that Puma was dominating him in practice games some weeks ago, iirc

Well if you say how he lost (atleast game 3) it's not much of an indicator of either players skill

I truly belive in IdrA, even though I am not so fond of him. PuMa doesn't have that good of a TvZ and IdrA has shown he can win here against really good players. PuMa wins a lot because he is matched up vP a lot and all he does is 111 all day.

Idra is doing ZvP the way zergs did it when they lost everything for months. He is playing that roach hydra corrupter style that didnt work 6 months ago.

Even if IdrA loses, this is a great victory for him and his fans. The Grack is back!

don't bother, if I had to respond to every guy that talks out of his fucking ass on TL I'd be busy 24/7. Just ignore and do other things
PuMa to move on, I think Hasu has a shot, it's PvP after all
