any vods for select vs idra?

My twitch channel should have the raw uncuts, proper vods will probably be done by tomorrow

Raw uncuat vods aren't there as of 1:07pm EST but that's okay. I can wait until whenever you have them up. Thanks for casting such a great tournament, TB! Much appreciated! :D

That'll be up to Twitch to get them there, it's an automated process. They should be up soon.

Ah I see. I'm referring to his general reaction to a lot of the criticisms he gets. But my point about alienating viewers still stands IMO. Nothing wrong with standing up to idiots but I've seen it done more eloquently in the past.

My reaction was stupid and I'm embarassed by it. I don't need a PR manager, I need a damn life coach.

Honestly, mistakes happen, and I'm sorry for pouring oil onto the flames. Everyone makes mistakes, so I think we can all agree that it could've been handled better by all parties involved.

Overall it was a great tournament.

I didn't get to see this live but I'm looking forward to watching some of the VODs. Congrats to IdrA!

Just an observation. Idra got knocked out of ESWC in a ZvZ vs LiveZerg. HuK, the other EG power house, got knocked out in a PVP to Elfi... Go figure. Will the pattern continue with a win for HuK in his next big LAN event?! Only time will tell!
SC:BW has a higher skill ceiling than SC2? SC 64 is where it's at brah.

why do i bother watching foreigners q_q

Disgusting attitude. Have a nice day too.

I don't agree that foreigner matches are not interesting to watch concerning the skill level because there are a lot of players out there who can beat koreans when playing their best. But honestly this tournament was definitely not a display of very high skill play. In the finals Idra botched 2 games against early aggression and then Select absolutely crumbled in 3 macro games. Earlier in the tournament we saw white ra fail at an offensive wall in. Yes, there were some good games too but it could have been better overall. Of course these things happen in the GSL or other korean tournaments as well.

Wow, you'd think TB would learn not to mess with the people that make him money. Saying people who aren't progamers or casters opinions don't matter is about the most ignorant thing you can do. Now I'm sure you'll make this post here some sort of "he's a stupid forum troll or something like that"; but what people really see is how you truly think of others opinions. I don't think I know of any other person in the sc2 community that has shot themselves in the foot like you did. Bravo, you showed everyone who you really are. /clap

Grats to Idra^^ btw

Can someone give me a breakdown of the scores (or at least the wins) after the first round? I would really appreciate it.

The OP is so frickin slow on being updated, it's ridiculous. Yesterday wasn't updated until extremely late, and today hasn't been updated at all -.-' I thought tournament thread creators are supposed to stay on top of this shit.

(I looked through a bunch of pages and all I can see is that IdrA won.)

"The Hatchery is going down" is not the same as "the hatchery is dead". The problem is on your end. If I want constructive feedback, I talk to people that are qualified to give it.

Who are these people + are your listeners not worthy of giving you feedback at all?

They are called progamers and casters, they are qualified to give accurate constructive criticism.

Wow look at you self righteous obnoxious willfully ignorant; so players who know more about Starcraft 2 then you and are better players than you (that includes 50% or more ) of the people on TL are not qualified to criticize your casting.

You're gold league right or platinum TB? Maybe your just not qualified to spurt absurd statements that viewers in general most of whom can out play you at the game maybe your viewers are Actually qualified and entitled to an opinion dick.
