Funtime is over, start behaving in here. You all know the rules and this isn't the place for some kind of comments or discussion. Keep it to the games and keep balance, the casters and meta discussions out of here. Pretty please, with minerals on top.

Blizz waited a long time before doing anything, and rightly so; it turned out Z always had the tools they needed. You need to go look up patch changes. Zergs 'figured it out' after lots of nerfs to terran and protoss and buffs to zergs ... still Terran is doing better than anyone by far, and protoss just recently - because of nerfs to warpgate especially - doing the worst. 'Always had the tools' ... no, they really didn't.

And even when he was THE dominating protoss he lost to foreigners in some matches. I think he still is THE dominating Protoss... by far. No other Protosses really measure up to him. Or do you mean how he measures up to other non-Protoss players? In that case, yeah... it seems that almost any Code A or Code S Zerg or Terran have a good chance against him. Sigh.

And yes, it's a paradox to call Select a foreigner.

Now that the other races know what they're doing, and toss got hit really hard, they're basically treading water while zerg and terran are swimming laps. I agree with this so much !. I do think Protoss needs to be more creative and not just rely on the same couple of builds that have always worked ( loving the new trend towards storm drops ^-^); however early nerfs seem to have taken away some of the options they used to have. Given how things are now would it really hurt to give voidrays back flux vanes or reintroduce Khaydarin amulet but have it so that once that upgrade is researched templar can only be warped in at a nexus? I am also curious to see how things change when the patch comes and guardian sheild correctly reduces damage from the units it was bugging out against * Also curious to see what happens to bunker rushes when drone attacks stop missing due to bugs.

Mana and White Ra are not even close to Code S level. Hero is playing in Code A for the first time this season and has no results about Koreans.

Protoss have problems in late game but they also have big issues in early game so while Warp in storms would help late game in would do nothing to stop the problems Protoss have in securing a third in ZvP or stopping various Terran 1/2 base all ins.

Especially Sjow, he must have been nervous as hell. Was that the best TvT he's ever played in his life? Probably not, but it was good enough, and he managed to hold it together under a lot of pressure, and that's what counts.

He's not THE dominating Protoss anymore. Look at the results. There is no dominating Protoss and MC hasn't been doing any better than the others, he's been knocked out in PvP twice and other Protoses have beaten for example Losira who knocked him down to Code-A. GSL March was six months ago, he hasn't shown good performances in GSL since then.

The only Protoss players to perform well in a GSL since MC beat July in March are: Inca - won a bunch of PvP's and cheesed Nada. Is now Code B Hongun - who most people consider a skilless cheeser. In fact only two Protoss have ever performed well over multiple seasons in GSL and that's MC and Hongun.

Doesn't really matter though because every top Protoss is struggling.

The only Protoss who has properly won PvZ's in GSL is JYP.

Doesn't really matter though because every top Protoss is struggling. The only win over a decent name Puzzle has is that 2-0 over MMA. He got into Code S through a pretty easy road and hasn't done much since. He's also lost he last five televised games.
