Other two should by all rights be roflstomps, though Kyrix might cling to Code A a little longer just to spite everyone; he actually played fairly well against Happy in the Code S group stages last time, so I wouldn't be totally surprised if he took out Gumiho.
Group 2: Sjow and HerO got very good draws. Maka's been irrelevant for such a long time, and his TvT just isn't that solid, esp. compared to Sjow's "Code S TvT." Meanwhile, viOlet is not only teamless but can't play anything but ZvZ. As for the other two, I think Curious should take down Sniper if nerves don't get to him, as Curious's ZvZ is pretty darn good. Not sure about YGO vs. ShinyStar though.
Group 3: How is SaSe's PvZ anyways? I thought it was pretty unimpressive. I know FD's ZvP has historically been atrocious -- though in the ST, he cleaned it up a lot vs. Ace (and almost won), but that was a while ago. Should be interesting to see what shape it's in nowadays. Match should be something of an entertaining trainwreck from either player (or from both!).
JYP got a good draw, I feel. Not sure how I feel about the rest of the group. We all know that Byun can TvT it up like nothing else and his TvP's not atrocious, but with his responsibilities to his puppy lately, I dunno. And I have no idea how Superstar's ZvP is at all.
Group 4: I actually think all the Protoss in this group are kind of screwed. Dream's really solid and isn't shy about cheesing, Naniwa can't PvZ all that well, Check's been getting into form lately, and Yoda's kind of like Dream re: the cheese department and definitely isn't afraid to pull out the 1/1/1.
I just want to say I think this is pretty much spot on, though I'm not so sure about Kyrix and Sjow.

SUPERSTAR one time! We need vampire nerds in Code S!

For Liquibet I think I'm gonna vote against all foreigners and then flip coins for the rest. This is a pretty sick lineup for Code A, it's really hard to pick imo.

lol this code A is really strong ffs GO SAGE anyway

Sjow vs. Maka: Maka is actually pretty damn good TvT, but Sjow's TvT is his best match up. Sjow should have no excuses here. Although this will be a tough match for him.
SelecT vs. Alicia: Alicia is the best player that any of the foreigners have to go through, but I think if anyone can take him down, it is SelecT.
Sase vs. Fruitdealer: I think Sase has this, but I wouldn't mind seeing a triumphant return for our zerg hero. I don't think we will see it though.
Naniwa vs. Lucky: Lucky isn't Korea's best from what I've seen, so I think Naniwa is actually the favorite here.
HerO vs. Violet: HerO has this, but Violet is actually still pretty good. HerO is a Code S-level Protoss, and I'm not sure the same can be said about Violet.
Other notable Matchups:
sC vs RevivaL: Should be a great match. sC getting practice with DRG since his move to MVP should help him. MC vs Monster: MC huge favorite here. Kyrix vs GuMiho: I'll go with Kyrix. YuGiOh vs lOvShinyStar: Yugioh, easy. Sniper vs Curious: Curious JYP vs JookTo: JYP, easy Byun vs Twilight: Byun Tassadar vs SUPERSTAR: Tassadar TesteR vs Dream: Tester Check vs Weekend: Check IMYoda vs Sage: Sage
I think we will see a huge Protoss turn out in the ro16

Select is godly in TvP and gets Alicia who's been in a huge slump lately Sjow gets Maka who is one of the weaker Terran there Sase gets Fruitdealer who's also been on a big slump lately And Naniwa gets Lucky, one of the easier opponent in code A as well People said this last month, then all the foreigners lost convincingly.

I just want to say I think this is pretty much spot on, though I'm not so sure about Kyrix and Sjow. Yeah, I just rethought it and realized that Maka might give Sjow a run for his money. I just had a flashback to the Dream vs. Maka series, which was by no means bad; it was actually a pretty damn nice TvT from both players. If Maka brings his A-game, it should be a good series.
Kyrix does things to spite people -- lol, picking MMA to give NesTea nightmares about multipronged drops -- and he's nowhere near as bad as some people say. For the Code S group stage, he actually looked low-tier Code S or high-tier Code A in ZvZ and ZvT -- definitely not Code B by any means. But Gumiho's pretty good, man. I dunno.
My secret, somewhat realistic hope is to have Curious win Code A, because he's actually really, really good. My secret, unrealistic hope is to see FD smash nerds left and right and make it back to Code S.

I wouldn't say Naniwa's a favorite, considering how Lucky did dismantle Jinro last season. I have absolutely no idea what Lucky can potentially do here.

I like Alicia's chances vs Select. He's already used to harass heavy play from his teammates, I should think. But I like Select's chances in general, too.
Thankfully MC not vs a terran. He can pwn them later rounds but I don't wanna see 1/1/1 bring down the mighty kratoss. Other than that, I don't particularly care other than to see foreigners generally do well. Hero is sexy too.

SaSe is so good, he's going to knock out a GSL champion right out of GSL. :O

At an MLG where you're playing all day fair enough but was one Bo3.
All foreigners will lose in the Ro32 again. Sase has the best shot but his PvZ is maybe even worse than FD's so maybe not.
