The only other person who has reached as far as Ryung has is Bomber in the Ro8 last season (the super tournament doesn't count). Bomber almost reached to Ro4 if he didn't botch his series against Byun by losing three games straight after his dominating play. So Ryung could be a contender for the Royal Road, which was a feat in Brood War when someone won a championship on their first qualifier, assuming he beats July and his TvT is good enough to take out MVP. Its quite cool actually if that did happen. Edit: Oh wait... I forgot about July. He crushed everyone to get to the finals but failed to clinch the gold. He's still not royal roader in SC2, though. | ||
