It's like a murder where the murderer is tied to the weapon, has no alibi, has a motive, and the only real doubt boils down to "Well, we don't have any video evidence of the murder, right?"

Why shouldn't he be in the chat? perhaps he was watching dragon's previous game and didn't close the chat box. you could even have the stream actually running but with no sound and not look at it and it's not cheating. you have to actually look at the stream and do something in-game based off of that to be "cheating." What if he was stream cheating but never entered the chat? you'd never know based on the chat list which means absolutely nothing. Wait for the replay review (if there is one) before saying anything definitive.

There are plenty of times where I've been playing in a koth or something and I just mute or pause the stream when I get invited to play, and I'd be pretty annoyed if people started accusing my of streamcheating just from being in chat. It's a shame that we even have to worry about streamcheating, but if you stream tournament games you're clearly not taking the tournament very seriously, given the high risk.

Regardless of his intention, this rule is stated pretty clearly: - Players may not have any stream open in the background when playing.

I can explain this pretty simply. My round1 i had a bye. No matches. Round2 ihad a pvp which ended with a fast 4g. I had a long delay between my next games and had watched his stream while waiting for my round 3 which was a pvz. I closed the stream, but, left chat open and didn't notice. That's the whole story T-T
