Let's try and be respectful of all the players and casters, and enjoy the awesome SC2!
Day 1 is press only day - look forward to the crowd tomorrow! |

I have this too. I don't know what the problem is - I have a pass and was watching HD this morning.

Wasn't my earlier comment to drop this "which caster" debate earlier on clear enough? It seems the participants are incapable to keep playing nice with eachother after a while and not even in a relevant topic.
Be warned.
Again.

It's actually quite huge mentally, because you know your opponent can just go and check match history. It screws with what you had planned and its just really not a position you want to be in. Sort of... Neither player got a scout off on the other. The only risk, as rotterdam said, was if one play watched the replay quickly and saw what the build was. Obviously the games can go way different and it CAN end up being a much bigger issue but yeah, I don't think it was a massive thing this time. Pretty unlucky with the random spawn position to close though too. It's not even about watching the replay. Watching the replay is unethical in a situation like that and you can actually stop them from doing that because you see whenever a player is in a replay. But taking a look at Match history is something you can do in 10 seconds while you're in the lobby. Match history exposes the build perfectly anyways. These arent cloaked maps.
you're right good thing none of the players seemed to have prepared specifically for one another and just play how they feel like.

Just use the 2 treams on 2 tabs of your browser and never turn them off once they work :D (if your connection can handle two hq streams simultaneously that is ) So you just spammed F5 a lot? Because that does not solve the problem for me

Good point, but looking at the match history would be just as unethical then?

Day9, no one knows his rank. But considering his full schedule im guessing he hardly has time to train/ladder/play. But ye, doesn't really matter altho i would like to know day9's current rank.. For the time being, both are casters foremost. Confirm, he was top 100 EU before GM, I believe he dropped now due to an insane losing streak xd, but he is that level. Was that S2 as well. He just is the highest level playing caster atm, together with Artosis, you can't argue for Day9 because for all we know he's bronze. If you think anybody who could achieve A+ on ICCUP in a harder game couldn't get top 100 on EU then you're funny. i am pretty sure day9 has not even time to train that hard sc2. He might be in masters but thats it. top 100 is daydreaming. Brood war skills no matter how good you are, do not translate instantly to sc2 even if sc2 mechanics are easier. You need to really understand the game and traing builds well and execute all timings and stuff well, and it takes time. You dont get to top100 in sc2 easily even if you were A+ in ICCUP you are just silly Did you seriously just rehash an argument the mods said to drop from 2 hours ago to insult me? If you think Day who was A+ in ICCUP and obviously has sc2 knowledge couldn't grind his way into grandmasters you're a fool. Leave me alone now please. This argument is stupid. You are just idiot and you dont acknowledge it. Thats the problem here. You're right, I don't acknowledge it. But it's not a problem for anybody but you so get over it. I actually find your arguments quite annoying. There's no way to possibly prove that Day[9] is better than *insert random bronze player* until someone figures out one of his names on Bnet. Arguing for him when you clearly have no clue is pretty.. dumb.. Day9 was an A-level zerg on ICCup. He has the mechanics, he has pretty much every progamer as a practice partner (who could say no to day9?), and he's been following the proscene verrrryyy closely so I can't see how it's wrong to assume that he could easily achieve grandmasters. It's not concrete evidence, but would you bet against it?

Try clearing your cache, and restart your browser. Even switching browsers (chrome/firefox)

I know some will argue about "Singaporean English" thing, but she is catering an international audience, so my friendly advice to her is maybe to refine her diction a little so that we she will be generally understandable. It's for her own good also. How can you not understand her? I'd blame that on your english skills, not on Kelly, i understand her perfectly fine. And i'd say i'm as far away from familiar with "Singaporean English" as you can get. You're also living in a country that has one of the highest percentages of english speaking people in the world, with a school system actually teaching people proper english. You can't expect everyone to speak perfect english. The fact that his might be worse doesn't mean that his complaint isn't legitimate. I can imagine people with poorer english have issues with certain accents they aren't used to.
I can certainly understand if you have a problem understanding someones english, if it's actually even slightly bad. Like RotterdaM for example, or TaKe. I find it pretty strange that Kelly has to take a shit ton of crap every time she show's her face, but other people with worse English don't, cause they are not women.
I'm listening to Kelly right now, her grammar and pronunciation is pretty damn solid.
