BRAT_OK has a VISA so I don't know what you're talking about...
It's Strelok who didn't have a VISA. #_#

Yeah but still kinda weird that when I have no timezone selected in my profile the OP says 22:00 EET which would be 21:00 CEST.

I am glad Sen, Huk, and Nada are out
Gives someone else a chance to get their name out there

The guy qualified for 3 open seasons of GSL and got top 8 in Code S.
Sry but the GSL Open Seasons were a Joke. Even Torch and Artosis managed to Qualify and look at Fruitdealer and Jinro now, who have done well in the early GSL Seasons.
IdrA is no 1st-Class Foreigner, he is cleary not in the class of NaNiwa or HuK.He is in the 2nd Class of Foreigners with Players like ThorZain, Sheth or Ret.
Its hard to compare Stephano with more accomplished Foreigners, he needs more big tournaments - but at HSC he showed really good games (2-1 against WhiteRa and 2-0 against HuK).

No, EET and CEST are both UTC+2. Right now you would be in EEST (summer time), which is UTC+3.

The guy qualified for 3 open seasons of GSL and got top 8 in Code S. Just 2 months ago he won an MLG group with Thorzain, MC, Ret, and Select.
In the past three months, MLGx2, Dreamhack, and Homestory Cup Idra has won his group or placed 2nd and made it to the championship rounds of all those tournaments.
Obviously he isn't winning lately but he has admitted he isn't practicing at the moment. Why do people want to act like he's bad? And for the record, he beat Sen 2-0 in that lan tournament before the finals where Sen beat him. Noone has said that he is bad, just that he is playing worse than he normally does which puts Stephano above him currently. Actually several people have said Idra is bad. And my point is that Stephano is not playing better than Idra. He isn't winning tournaments but neither is Stephano so you can't put Stephano above him.Getting 1st or 2nd of every group and making the championship rounds of every single MAJOR tournament the past three months is pretty good.
When someone is first in ELO rank, you can assume that he is winning tournaments.

ELO doesnt really have anything to do with winning tournaments, its about your skill in relation to other players skill (as i understand it)
OGStheSTC hasnt ever really won a tournament (as far as i know) in the past while and he was sitting near the top of the ELO for quite a while. I think the factor is the players you beat and their skill level. (anyone want to chime in and either call me an idiot or tell me im right?)

I was talking about the ELO rank from TL. The system give points to players when they win a tournament. Just check here http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-international/players/1996_Stephano

funny that this event gives about 3x the award from mlg, has nada and sen, and yet gets probably about ten times fewer viewers

I know they would get points based on the skill of their opponent(that they are facing in the final) for winning but as far as i know its not any different(points wise) then if they would have faced that opponent in an earlier round.
edit: ah there we go, its based off of win loss, so yea winning a tournament doesnt give you any extra.
