Hey guys - These games are meant to be fun and for your entertainment. Caster and Player bashing will not be tolerated. Manner please!
Also, this is a Live Report thread - not the place to discuss your displeasure with the event or any of the people involved with it. |

You're right what was I thinking, 2+ hours delay of nothingness is just..........

Incontrol + Gretorp for the 3rd place match with Daytosis for the Finals would be the safest bet.

But they were already.

They won't appeal to anyone else without spending an awful lot more anyway. I feel quite regretful because I've just kept the stream open most of the weekend despite barely watching any of it and I'd hate to think I'm inadvertently registering my approval for what has been a horribly disorganized mess. Yep, unfortunately everyone leaving the stream open and not watching it has helped them gain ad revenue.
Someone should probably report to Justin.tv's advertisers that they are being defrauded. Advertisers are paying for views, not idle tabs nobody is watching. Most ad networks explicitly forbid this type of behaviour.

I think Sen will easily win the third place match, his ZvZ is just mindblowing while July's ...

Even if they're not the fan choice, iNcontrol and Gretorp deserve to cast the finals after putting in countless hours of work for 10 weeks during the group stage play.

This is no different than someone having their TV on when they're not in the room. Don't be silly.

I agree with this ^^
But, with Tastosis and Day[9] both present, I feel like seeing INcontorp in the finals is pretty unlikely.

scheduling for these games is freaking weird. I dunno why they're doing all these hour+ long breaks inbetween games.
|
So Sen vs. July doesn't actually start anytime soon, right? It's starting in an hour and fifteen minutes?
|
MC fighting boo yea take it down son!
|
Epic disappointment if Gretorp and iNcontroL are casting the finals.
We've got Tasteless at the event, put them to use!

Could we PLEASE have a comments warning from the beginning of this topic?

16:00 PDT to 18:00 PDT: Finals (bo7)
18:00 PDT to 19:00 PDT: Award Ceremony
So they are scheduling 2 hours for the bo5 and 1 hour for break afterwards?
The bo5 is most likely more of a 40 minute affair yet I can see why they would schedule it in a longest case scenario, but why don't they just play the grand final directly afterwards and what's up with the 1 hour break again? It's the middle of the night for Europe and nobody needs an hour break since they have nobody participating in both games (players, caster, hostesses).
Why won't they just show us games?

Scheduling is killing me to be honest. 7 hours for 1 bo5, 1 bo7 and an award ceremony *_* (I'm from europe btw)
