Only €5,- what is like 2 beers? for ESPORTS!

Actually with the current value of the € that's like 0.5 beers in switzerland - so yaay

Seriously? Must be really shitty over there Normally it is €2,- for 1 at the bar and in some student bars you get them for €1,-

Well, but we can travel for pretty much nothing now 2 years ago, € was like 1.56 swiss franks, not it's 1.20...dollar was 1.25, now it's 0.9...sooo everything got pretty cheap

I've been wondering - how exactly do all of these guys end up playing together? I mean if they all have to be on the same server, then they would each need to own their own copy for that region... And this is a relatively small, laidback tournament, so I wouldn't expect them to have paid for their copies. So do each of the players just have to buy a new copy for this/all tournaments if they are being held on a different server, or what?

Jus something that I've been curious about for a while, considering people used to make a huge deal about this aspect of Starcraft 2 back at launch, and I guess I never figured out what became of the issue.

12 CEST, if everything works as planned.
Btw. anybody in this thread who was actually at the event? I wanna go on saturday, when does the pub open/close?
The pub opened at 3pm today. So I think they'll open up the same time tomorrow. Not sure about closing time.

Sadly I wasn't there myself, but apperently it was really crowded.

Rotti is trolling. You don't need to have money to go to the hospital in germany. oO

Without insurance and no 'real' danger like a heartattack I do think you would need money.

You certainly don't need cash on you. They would either send Nama or his insurance a bill after his release.

Also I would call a throat infection for which he has to stay at least 2 days an emergency. You don't have to actually die before doctors treat you. Most likely anyone who comes to an emergency room is treated. Even hobos without identification.

I'm not sure about the 10€.
I think everyone, even with insurance got to pay 10€ per doctor visit in germany to prevent going to a doctor without a reason at all.
But yeah, I'm pretty sure the doctor would get sued if he refuses to treat someone who got no money.

In Sweden a beer at a bar costs €5-€10 (depending on which bar). It's sick..

Awesome event btw.. Looking forward to the first 2 hours of tomorrow. Sadly i'll be drunk the rest of the weekend and wont be able to watch.

This tournament has such a great feel to it. So casual and not forced - it's great.

Simply love it...

Pretty much every western progamer has at least one account on NA and EU. Probably sponsored by their teams i guess.

Probably the best 5 EUR ever spent on anything. This tournament has all of it, great mixture of great players and people who really show a lot of personality that you normally wouldn´t see. Take is such a genius for making such events happen. 3 more days of this guys, I can´t wait!

And yes, it will start at 12:00 CEST tomorrow.

and tbh, spending a total of what, 150$ (NA,EU,KR) is not that much to ask for the whole basis of your career and livelihood.

Well and if not, they could just share/use other accounts. It's not like everybody is playing at the same time.
