Sadly after all this time with so many tournament threads it still is not clear to many users on this site. There are several types of posts that are not acceptable in tournament threads. Any form of:

Imbalance whine/Player bashing/Caster bashing/Stream complaining

Will result in two day to a week long bans even for first offenses. Please stick to the games at hand and enjoy yourselves with a beautiful event such as this and the free service that comes with it.

i would rather see huk vs idra than MC vs idra.

if huk plays against idra it'll answer a lot of questions on whether huk improved in korea.

A nice post but still somewhat inaccurate. Sure he had InCa and July in his groups, but that's based on the GSL Code S selection process, not random draw. HuK had very little say in how his group would shape up, and obviously would shape up in a way that didn't benefit him (if it benefitted him, the previous players would not have selected that way)

Sure he lost to Polt in ST, but most players in RO32 are pretty good. You could also argue that he was lucky in getting the worst PvP player (San) in R1 and avoiding PvP (his worst matchup) in R2. Or that he didn't run into Nestea/MC/etc. etc.

HuK is good, but he's where he belongs, low Code S material.


Maybe. We'll see, I guess. My point is that people should stop hating and just support their favourite players, rather than hate on players they don't like (I find it inexplicable how you cannot like HuK).

I feel that this mass gaming type of tournament just doesn't fit with his strengths. Hopefully he can have a better showing in code.

Hasu is through. If Hasu loses 2-1 and Thorzain wins 2-0 then it's head to head results and Hasu beat Thorzain, therefore Thorzain is out.

You're right. If your strength is being lucky then your chances of doing well decreases the more matches u play .
