Hello ladies and gents! I have the pleasure to bring you sc2ro Romanian League season 1!

For those people who don't know who I am. Well I'm PET and I am a Starcraft 2 caster and tournament organizer. I casted a lot of CraftCups and other online tournaments in English, but I also cast in Romanian my online tournament. I also cast RQTV Open, also in romanian.
We had a nice amount of tournaments, unfortunately not to many with prizes. I decided that the next step we have to do in order to rise the community in Romania is to do a league. Why a league? Well it will motivate people and it will also give me the opportunity to do a show.
I wanted to do this for a long long time and finally after a lot of work I was able to get some sponsors with the help of some people.
We have the most interesting 32 Romanian Players (including  NightEnD and  DeathAngel).
Everything will be broadcasted live, for free. Down side is that the commentaries will be in Romanian, but HEY! Starcraft 2 is an universal language.

This is so cool for the RO scene, but unfortunately I think it's going to be really one-sided. Nightend should breeze through this - I think only DeathAngel has a small chance to stop him.

Given you know the maps beforehand you could go for some sniping strats.

It is right that most possibly it will be one-sided, but that's no problem. The idea, the competition and the show is why we are all playing. Also who knows there might be some surprizes. Also it's nice to have some well known romanian players like NightEnD and DeathAngel to compete with us underdogs but more seriously because finally, there are some prizes !
For those who dont know, 450 lei(RON) is 110 euros.
Cheers for PET for making this League, and cheers for all the sponsors supporting finally the Romanian Starcraft Community.
I guess international players can't imagine how big step is this for our community, but I'm sure this is only the beginning!

We are going to see a pretty awesome PvZ.

The league will soon enter in the last week so...
on 29.July @ 19:00 CET we will have the Play-Offs.
Winner of those matches will qualify for the final brackets.
Finals are going to be played on 30 and 31 July starting at 14:00 CET.
We are going to try to play as many games as possible on the first day and let some games + semi-finals + finals for the last day.
We are going to run a Winners + Losers Bracket system.
I will do the English stream, probably with drooL as a co-caster. I'm aslo looking for french, german & russian streamers.
