-Edit- The one thing about the MLG Format that could use improvement is the Championship Winners Bracket. They take the top 1 from each pool and 4 players go through. I think top 2 from each group should go through, that would make it better.

I greatly dislike players having 2 chances though, it just takes away from the importance of any one game, knowing they always have a second chance. And if someone from the LB wins it just feels cheap. Someone who's lost a series shouldn't be able to win the tournament :/
Do any regular sports use such a system? MLG was the first time I encountered it.
