Okay we're going to start cracking down on people bashing players for no reason. You don't have to like every player, but at least show some respect. (as of page 402)

While IdrA was indeed trained in Korea for awhile NA has plenty of great SC2 players, some not at this tournament. Huk is a two time Code S player, and while he has suffered from inconsistancy, he has shown exceptional results at times. Fenix, while arguably an SA player, has had a solid showing at the tournament. I believe Sheth is also from NA.

NA sucks man. Don't sugar coat reality. Huk and Idra, thats it hunh. 2 frickin players who can win vs top international competition?

And Sheth has won or placed in what?

Let's wait till the end of the tournament to start bashing one nation or another. The Koreans have been fairly dominant thusfar, but NA and EU may rear their head tomorrow- you never know.

Idra, Thorzain, Sheth, KawaiiRice,Select, Incontrol, Machine, Naniwa, etc etc are all still in this. Not all of them will win, but all of them COULD in theory get there.

Why is it just A vs B and C vs D?

Are they trying to force extended series?

Ya I agree with this... wtf.

Yep.... Vibe will actually have to all-kill liquid in order to make it through the losers bracket.

I know this is blasphemy here on TL, but I'm going to predict a sixjax all kill of TL tomorrow which has already started with Vibe taking out TLO.

I think Vibe takes out Tyler, Major takes out Vibe, Major beats Ret by dropping him everywhere so his macro is interrupted and then takes out Haypro. I do think Haypro has a great chance of beating Major though, but I have seen Major play a lot on Sheth's stream and he's pretty good TvZ. Haypro played well today though and it seems zergs have a slight metagame advantage right now so TL hwaiting.

Sheth hardly plays in any tournaments, but he took down Sjow in a convincing manner in this tournament. Fenix(who plays on the NA scene and trains on the NA ladder) has won quite a few online tournaments with EU competition, recently taking down Kas to win an EU craft cup.

The fact that someone who isn't known as a top NA player, like Vibe, can take down Morrow and TLO in successive match-ups shows the scene is fine. In fact, Vibes only loss came to an NA player, Fenix.

Also the potential Vibe/Memory team kill, and the Slush/Kiwi team kill. Plus Root is very friendly with Fenix and Sheth on top of that...

I think it is really annoying because many of those players already had to play in the pools to be placed, and then instead of being separated, many are in the same portion of the bracket once again.

I will quote this post once again...
