To futher OoMgk's question, all matches are played on the NA server, correct?

If both players are from EU we can't stop you from playing your match on the EU server. However, by default, yes all matches are to be played on NA.

But like stated several times already, if you both agree to play on your local server feel free.

My registration also has a countdown for 5 days until my last MU. Not the 2 days until my first, as I expect it should be. That and its over 3 weeks until the last MU.
You already said spite

Just want to say thanks for all the hard work you guys are putting in. It must be a lot to manage a tournament this big (and now manage all the questions, comments and complaints from the 'amateur' crowd). I appreciate the effort and the opportunity.

I trust this event will be a successful one. I'm looking forward to participating.

Hey, I went to check out someone in my group and it says they don't exist. Should I just wait until the match and wait for him to not show up?

The group play part of the event will be scheduled ahead of time. We have set a default day and time but they can be played earlier if needed. Like all events that are open for registration, we do expect forfeits. Players will be eliminated once they are deemed inactive.

What deems players inactive? How many matches would you have to miss?

Looks like the countdown is working properly now.

I'm very excited.

Yeah I just checked and the My Account section has the complete list of my opponents, the dates and if there are any Bye days (which I happen to have one, seems to happen in divisions that have less than 8 people).

Also it appears that my info bar at the top is working properly.

One question, do we have to invite an Nvidia 'referee' to oversee the match and make it legit? I did see a 'report score' button for use (probably) when the match has ended, but wanted to clarify.

No, there are not enough admins to even possibly watch all of these matches in the next year much less as they are happening. You are required to upload replays of the matches which will be used to solve any disputes that might arise from potential false reports.

Please note that if you do want to dispute a match for an incorrect score, or something similar, there is a dispute button that shows up next to a match AFTER it has been reported.

Thanks for the fast response, and will do about the uploading once the match completes.

Match emails are being sent out and it should answer a lot of the questions. Otherwise, please email geforce@cevo.com with your support questions.

lol at that group, especially considering how weak some of the others are. How the fuck were they picked?

Badly, thats how. I guess people were just given a number randomly and put in a group from 1-100.

Feel free to provide an equally fair solution that doesn't involve any potentially "incorrect" judgements that will make some people go "How the fuck were these groups picked?".

Sure, once in a while these groups of doom will pop up, but random is the only "fair" system for a new tournament.

Maybe use seeds that are given by players accomplishments or something else, imagine a tennis tournament where Rafa has to play Federer in first round because they were randomly put like that.
