Well, how about an update during the 40 minute downtime, saying "we'll be back ASAP with KiWi vs Moon, since unfortunately Artosis couldn't play"? No? You don't post running updates for your $400,000 tournament?

Then how about mentioning it, if only briefly, in this very live report thread?

I just do not understand this. Why is this so hard? This common sense stuff that should have been there since day one. Every single goddamn day there's an outage, and a walkover, and there's not even a "crap, not again, we're sorry, hang on, we're on it".

Why is this so hard? This is pre-recorded. Just... I don't understand this at all. Just... give me a little service. Please, for the love of god.
