i was thinking more about mc when it comes to doing flashy all-ins, such as his nexus-cancel 5 gate, proxy stargate 4 warpgate void/zealot.

mvp uses a lot more late-game map control; i haven't seen a lot of rushes from him.

both players are great at luring out all-ins and dealing with them

correct me if i'm wrong

i just wish they could stay the best of the pros, and can't quite figure out why they are losing recently.

Mass drone + mass spine crawler seems pretty damn good. If he would've just built more spines he wouldn't have lost a couple of bases really late to drops and it wouldn't have been as close as it was.

I am really happy for NesTea.

Also, it makes me laugh thinking how so many people put Bomber in their top 3 as current top players and top terran (some even forgot MKP) in the GSL fan power rank... While he is definitely a GREAT player he still has to proof himself in being a stable code S player. I believe he has been hyped immensely by Tastosis and therefore there is a wrong opinion that he should placed higher than players like MKP and Nada. Also, the argument MVP > MKP so if Bomber > MVP THEN Bomber > MKP is totally non logical as a mirror matchup does not provide a good image for the whole player.

Yes I am a MKP fan and yes it bothers me seeing people putting him in front of Bomber while it is far from truth :D

By the way.. Amazing games today.

Oh man... who can stop Nestea? ZvZ he is a complete boss. And ZvT... playing like that how the hell can anyone beat him?

He pretty much only has zergs or terrans all the way to the RO8 unless choya somehow beats top (and even if he does... lol choya... no chacne against nestea).

I thought Bomber played extremely well in game one and would have beaten anyone but Nestea playing like that. Even second game his push was a good push, he lost because Nestea is just so much better.

I think that sCfOu definitely has the best style of TvZ. He always does some kind of early pressure, and that's definitely the way to play vs Nestea. Nestea also said that sC was the one he was afraid of the most during the last GSL, so that speaks for itself.

Yeah he played well but I still think his play is not as refined as MVP or MKP.
I think when we are going to see MKP vs NesTea (hopefully in this tournament) or MVP vs NesTea in the upcoming months you will see.
Don't get me wrong I think he's a great player but I think he's a step below MKP and MVP overall.

And by the way in the first post I obviously meant that it bothers me to see people putting Bomber in front of MKP not the other way around.
In the official TL power ranking MKP is #10, the most ridiculous spot I have ever seen him placed.

Anyway, I hope we are going to see a match between MKP and NesTea in this tournament as it would be pretty damn epic

I get really bugged when people say that Bomber's choice of his 4th was bad. Ultimately it was, but you can criticize everything in hindsight.

Simply put Bomber couldn't expand to the 4th above his base because his army is not mobile enough. His economy was too shot to maintain map control via medivac harass. If he takes that 4th he needs to put his army into position to defend it. If he sets up in his main with tanks to use the cliff broodlords will nibble the expo to death; if he puts his entire army in front of it Nestea has a clear path to the main and all his production facilities + tech. The base he took offered the only place where he can both protect his economy and respond to an attack up the ramp to the natural. Nestea realized that and situated his ling/bane/infestor/ultra in a spot equidistant between the natural and the fourth. Even if Nestea didn't use it as the stage to assault the fourth he could easily pull Bomber's army away from it by harassing his simcity at the natural and cutting off reinforcements. Bomber took the lesser of two evils and it didn't pay off.
