lol tasteless To be honest, how many of the NA/EU players know a thing about this guy apart from his horrendous showing at IEM Guangzhou? He is the best China has to offer but that fact was only undusted after his excellent showing here.

This is bullshit. We're all following SC2 in our spare time. Their job is literally to follow and cast SC2. In terms of insight into player and tournament history the Code A casters are so much better than Tastosis. They really need to do more research. Or at least have someone providing them with intel as would be the case in other "sports".

LOL I love how they put the camera on supernova and MKP during the match, almost mocking them like "Look at these 2 noobs that shamed our country! MVP shows these 2 how it's done"

Hopefully terrans start adapting, because he's never going to lose a game in that match-up. How exactly is this style “newish”? This is standard mech. You get Vikings for obvious reasons, and some Banshees to force unsieges.
That's why I said newish rather than new. He's using banshees in his army in every single game now, mech players only mixed them in occasionally in the past. And it's just completely annihilating bio builds, they need perfectly placed Thors to have a chance.

I love Tasteosis but if anything the time the spend in Korea has caused them to embrace cheese to heavily. Of course you don't want to criticize play as a caster because it only hurts the growth of the sport, but they need to stop saying "crushing" or "the most amazing play I've seen out of such and such." Cheese is a part of the game, but of course Korean players are better at it because it's standard on the Korean ladders and being proficient at it is a skill you should have, but no way does it mean a player is great that they can pull off the multitasking and micro required to be really good at it. Of course MVP is a fantastic player and has the other skills required in the game, and congrats on getting to the finals. This is a complaint about Tasteosis and has nothing to do with MVP. It just gets me thinking back to the Fin game they cast the other day.

Their speed skating in fact almost caused an international Fiasco between the US and Korea, with the 2002 Olympics. The Korean athlete was ahead of the US athlete(Apollo Ohno), but the Korean athlete was disqualified for blocking the US athlete. South Korea protested this, and lots of feelings were hurt. Then in 2010, Ohno was in 4th place when two of the three Koreans in front of him made each other fall, causing Ohno to get second behind the South Korean champion.
