At least OGN casters admitted that they would be biased in favor of Koreans. I cry about caster neutrality because those casters cast for a wide and diverse array of people, which is why player bias is so disturbing. If I'm watching Chilean national football team on Chilean national channels, I expect the casters to be mindblowingly biased towards Chile, if I'm watching Barcelona vs Manchester United on ESPN I expect casters to be neutral, since they're on cable TV casting for a wide audience.
The ones casting for the wide audience were Rotterdam and his co-caster. Unless you speak Korean it really doesn't concern you what they say to their audience. And tbqh whenever djwheat or mr. bitter cast, they were always bias for foreigners and no one ever complained about it. I'm really disgusted at how much korean hate the online community has right now.

MVP MMA JJakji Polt Taeja MKP. Ganzi
I still have faith in Polt..but my confidence in him is on thin ice. SuperNoVa is probably better than Taeja and Polt, at least as good as MKP, and probably a little under Ganzi. I definitely agree, but people will take the latest results to mean more. Are we forgetting that supernova just dominated his code A bracket 6-0 with 2 protosses in it? And he had to actually QUALIFY to be a korean representative by getting top 3. He's also 4-2 against DRG without all-ining. Polt doesn't deserve to be in the top 8 right now.

They were casting for Koreans in Korea (+ .1% foreigners in Korea who understands Korean)

Based on his results for the past 2 months, 2 months and a half, I consider SuperNoVa a top 5 Terran, especially considering he is solid in all 3 match ups. Not even close.
Based on what? thanks.
For those asking times, Xigua's match will be played in 20min and MVP vs Kas in 1h 20min on mainstage.

So in 15 minutes the first semis will start?

I mean: a lot of countries would look good if you enter their 3 big names in a mixed field of natinos from all over the world. Again: not saying korea isnt by far the strongest sc2 nation...
Korean didn't even send their top three and they all went round of 8+

MKP was playing like crap all tournament long.
Sad to see KR fail so hard With only 3 representatives...... it's hard for them to win it all. KR needed like 6 or 7 ppl representing These KR are top level, they are way beyond the competition, and certainly way beyond the people they lost to, maybe excepting Kas. Losing like this is a failure. especially since its in korea, not like most other confrontations between korea and foreigners. I think people are treating SC 2 like BW still. They think that the edge that Koreans have in SC 2 is so insurmountable that if they send 3 players to a tournament they'll get top 3. That's not the case, and this WCG just showed it. I'd agree with you if these players were Killer, Fruitdealer, and TOP. These are top terrans, on a top tier even by GSL standards. It's not just random Code A terrans. Completely disagree with the assertion that Supernova and MKP are top Terrans. They can be frightening on their best days, but are horribly inconsistent. Mvp is a top Terran and he will still probably win the tournament. They are very inconsistent but are clearly Top 10 KR terrans, and it's common knowledge KR terrans > All. They aren't the very top terrans, but are certainly amongst the top.
I can see someone arguing for Supernova to scrape into the Top 10, but surely not MKP. He bounces between looking totally inept to very strong, but a top player should never look inept. The real measure of a top player is in how they lose. Take Mvp vs Leenock, and contrast it with any of MKP's losses. Now do the same for Leenock in Leenock vs Jjakji. Both Leenock and Mvp came off looking really good despite losing, and do so regularly - MKP very rarely does.
I also don't see the top 10 as being that impressive considering the rather small scale of the SC2 scene right now. You're a top Terran because you're in the top third of all professional Korean Terrans? I suppose the 10th ranked Zerg is a top Zerg as well even though we all know there's only 3 or 4 Zergs even worth talking about right now in Korea?

I think they'll start when Crossfire is over on the Stage 2 Stream.

omg, these questions are making me cringe. who's better hero vs leenock? what?

SuperNoVa considers HerO better than Leenock but I wonder if that is during practice or in actual games. Leenock seems to handle his nerves better.

If MVP doesn't win it'll be such a huge blow to Korea. They never lost a WCG back in BW.
