SKT knows that there's no way KT waits till set 5 to send out flash, so they'll feed him a noob and have Fantasy clean up whoever they send out in set 5.

That's pretty easy. Roll a 6 faces dice, if 6, do something that makes sense, if 1, put a random rookie in ace match.

"early" is relative, and the FFE is one of the most mapped out builds in BW. Unless the P either fucks up their wall (which is easier to do in BW, since buildings have gaps between them) or is overly greedy, you really can't stop a FFE. However, containing one or breaking down the wall is quite possible.

What this means is that any type of response done by zerg is playable against as Protoss. However, if you really want to know, there are ling all-in, hydra all-ins that can be done. At the pro level, you're most likely going to see hydra all-ins. What's crazy is that this threat is large enough, faking a hydra all-in is a legitimate strategy as well. Well scouted though, Protoss can block all of these.

What does it matter if they wait till set 5 or not considering they already lost the first two. This game, game 4, and game 5 all hold the same importance for KT. Lose 1 and you're dead. Doesn't matter if it's the 5th or the 4th game.

Protoss is going to FFE every game, nothing to do about it. There are opportunities for early aggression: you can try to run lings through the wall (the spacing between buildings id weird in bw), you can try to break it with hydralisks before the protoss gets storm, or in rare cases, you can go for fast drops into the main. But no matter what you do, the FFE is safe if done right.

I guess i consider them more a longer term response, because they can't actually stop a FFE. Though in hindsight, i suppose they could be said to "punish" one, though since the build is so ubiquitous that term seems inappropriate.

On a team with only two great players, the order in which you play them matters a lot. Also, teams rarely rearrange their player orders, since you have to practice so much on a map to stand a chance when the other guy has been playing on it exclusively all week.
