Thank God for day[9] and the other casters - I now realize how rare a breed it is to be so gifted and also eloquent. If it weren't for the casters, 90% of people would be unable to relate to the players. That being said, I still was shaking with nerd chills for the next 15 minutes.

His response, "I was pretty good at WC3, I was ranked #3 in Europe." Thank God for day[9] and the other casters - I now realize how rare a breed it is to be so gifted and also eloquent. But I felt Naniwa really squandered his lead, the pressure must have gotten to him, he was floating nearly 2k minerals and chose to throw up more gateways instead of tech and forges to upgrade. Great play from both players nonetheless.

ALso, what did Naniwa comment with? the comment where he said he gave the 7th game for free? (his mistakes for sure, with 1.5-2k minerals and no expo after the push)

Watch him give an interview: he never looks at the camera, he appears uncomfortable in social situations, and he's a pro gamer. I mean, just to compare another player who is reportedly "BM", there's a world difference between Idra, who is outspoken and brash in his interactions with other players but is reportedly very nice in person and participates in a lot of the big SC2 related media, and Naniwa, who is just so socially awkward that he doesn't treat fans well. I wouldn't even say Naniwa's a jerk or anything, he just doesn't look like he has any ability to have a positive social interaction. All that said, he's a fantastically entertaining gamer and I wish him the best in the future. His micro and decisionmaking can be so good sometimes, and he used some great builds. He is actually just super confident always, when playing in tournaments. He always thinks (for real) that he is going to win LANs, when going in them. Propably online tournaments too^^
