ZvZ has some amount conflipping in the openings but it's not nearly as bad as in PvP

TSL Round of 4 Day 2 Round Up: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Match 1 Match 2 Match 3 Match 4 Match 5 Match 6 Match 7 A repeat of my thoughts on today's games: + Show Spoiler + On May 09 2011 04:54 MoonBear wrote: This is correct. Hasu showed some bad decision making these few games. Game 4 he did not scout for proxies and was punished with a proxy-gate into 4 gate. Every time he tried to wall off, he didn't wall off properly and let Naniwa into his base. Game 5 when it was a 4-gate battle, he chose to tech and not get sentries. This meant Naniwa straight up busted his way into Hasu's base before Hasu's tech could kick in. If anything, Naniwa exploited Hasu's bad decision making and response to 4-gates and repeatedly punished him for it. It's as simple as that. There's $15k on the line. Naniwa is not going to leave this up to chance. If you know someone always plays Paper, it's not cheese to go Scissors. It's just the correct decision. And a shameless promotion of my thread on how to LR.

Really looking forward to Thorizain vs. Naniwa in the finals. It was the final I was hoping would result from today's games.

It crushed it but whether people will appreciate 4gaters being crushed by a 2 gate is another question. I suspect not. This is one small step for man, a giant leap for mankind. We will move from 4 gate to 2 gate proxy. God bless late game PvP.

yep, lan experience won't be an issue here... both have enough to not suffer greatly from it
