Our first match of today will feature a classic senior vs junior face-off starring the legendary oGsNaDa vs teammate oGsTOP.
BO5 on Terminus, Crevasse, Tal'Darim Altar, Xel'Naga Fortress, Xel'Naga Caverns
Everyone, and I mean that literally, knows Lee Yoon Yeol aka NaDa, who maybe is the most accomplished Starcraft I player of all time. NaDa has become the first ever player to qualify for the quarterfinals of a GSL three times in a row, showing us that he indeed is still a force to be reckoned with. At the same time NaDa has been eliminated in the quarterfinals twice. Will he be able to overcome his teammate TOP and reach the semifinals this time around?
It’s gonna be a tough cookie to crack because TOP has been in great form lately. TOP has won 4 out of his 5 TvTs in this season’s GSL, showing impressive wins against oGsSupernova (2:0), ST_RainBOw and ZeNEXByun while only losing to sCfOu. Having almost exclusively played TvT recently, TOP will definitely have a practice advantage. At their last encounter during GSL March however, NaDA had the upper hand so I guess we will have to find out tonight!

Our second match of the night features a ZvT the current fan favorite IMLosirA vs. sCfOu.
BO5 on Terminus, Tal'Darim Altar, Crossfire SE, Metalopolis, Xel'Naga Caverns
IMLosira has been on such a roll lately leading people to ask themselves: who is supposed to stop this guy? He has certainly won the hearts of many new fans with his refreshing style. However Losira has not encountered any Terrans in this season’s GSL yet and he recently lost against the Terran PoltPrime at the SK Gaming Asia Championships.
sC.fOu has gone undefeated in the Round of 32 and went 2:1 vs PoltPrime (who recently defeated Losira) in the Round of 16. But just like Losira didn’t play any Terrans, sC.fOu has not played vs any Zergs during this GSL making us wonder if he will be able to stop Losira who is radiating dominance at the moment.
