Can you think of any other tourney with so much problems? MLG had some problems with Bnet but that was beyond their control.
Everything within the control of the NASL guys has been screwed up hardcore. Its just incompetence at every level. That seems pretty exaggerated. The sound is miles better today, even in the laggy series; no battles were choppy in the first series today or yesterday or the day before that; only one game was shown out of order; and the map pool is being fixed asap, they're waiting on team responses. As for missed and cancelled games: the series going on right now is a great example of how they're now addressing that. The chats are hostile because almost all chats are hostile these days, it's the internet. Are you seriously telling me you are satisfied with the performance of the NASL organizers? Sound? You're telling me an organization has no idea how to stream Khaldor so that he doesn't sound like he's in a wind tunnel (please don't blame Skype, they can very well think of an alternative voice streaming method, I'm sure TSL casters are not in the studio either). I've heard of setting the bar low, but come on... I don't see so much hate on TSL/GSL chats. And to no battles are choppy... are u reading the posts here? Yeah, I'm telling you that. Fuck you go make your own starleague and stop hating on 5 hours of free content a day. some people pay for it.

My stream has stabilized. Anyone else?

NASL straight up deserves to lose its viewership. Crappy products - you know, in the real world - simply don't last too long. NASL had better ask a popular streamer how they keep things running smoothly before people start cutting it out of their routines. It's almost cruel though because the matchups are so damn good. Idra? Ugh, even if I have to see him play on NASL I am tempted... so cruel, NASL.
It reminds me of giving sour heroin to a junky... So bad, so painful, but still necessary. I want my Idra games, but I'm almost unable to bear watching via NASL.

Is this a problem with the video recording/encoding or the stream?

It stabilizes temporarily and I get hope then it freezes during action.

I'm not saying he should have gone Colossi, I'm saying this is why people do go Colossi. um you realize hydras lose to zealots off creep and to stalkers cost for cost. hydras need roaches to tank for them, or they are terrible straight up vs gateway units Wait what? Stalkers and Hydras trade 1 for 1 against each other, and Stalkers cost more. I'm certain people have tested this, the Stalkers win with Blink and good handspeed, but the Hydras win if they're on creep and can get the concave quicker, and have a smaller hitbox for forming concaves. I'm certain that Stalkers and Hydras are nearly equal, the attack speed of a Hydra is about twice that of a Stalker (meaning the Hydra attacks twice when the Stalker attacks once), the damages are pretty close, with the Hydra being higher, and the Stalker has twice the health of the Hydra.
That was my point. Hydras aren't amazing vs gateway units. They are barely cost efficient. And with them being less mobile, they aren't really a good counter. Roach ling would be 10x better vs pure gateway, but you have to get hydras simply because of FF and roach range. W/e, it's not a big deal. I just don't like hearing hydras are amazing counters to gateway units when tehcnically they aren't.

My stream is not very good too. but I think its a JTV problem. IPL was very laggy too when I tried to watch and my internet connection seems fine for everything else

I paid $25 dollars for a product that i am EXTREMELY unhappy with. On top of that, it's so laggy i can't even watch what i paid for. So, instead of making a new startleague myself, i'd be content with just getting my money back and watching the IPL or something.

Think of it like if Hydras were Collosus... straight up a Collosus will lose to 2 Marauders... but if you have Stalkers keeping Marauders away from you're Collosus, then the Collosus can dish out serious DPS. Same applies to Hydras, they need something to keep them out of range and protect them; Hydras do have 6 range ofc, longer than all Gateway units. Stalkers have 6 range as well, and they don't need an upgrade for it.

I was dual streaming IPL and NASL.
IPL ran fine. No lag, no stutters.
NASL is churning like a 1850's housewife making butter.

Supposedly IPL and NASL have relations to the same production company. IPL uses them, NASL uses their assistance or something like that, but does most of it inhouse. I think NASL needs to get some help, and fast before the league blows up.
