Man, Idra shouldn't get so frustrated....he had MC outplayed for a while in the first game, if he just played slightly differently he would have won it. Then he throws it away T_T

I've watched every GSL and the last couple of MLGs, also TSL but sorry guys, THIS is the best tournament I've seen so far. (TSL is a close second of course).

i cannot understand the logic of live report threads, the 6 pool no matter who is doing it comes down to when it is scouted, people always say how idra should throw some cheese or 6 pool into his style and when it does people complain.

idrA is such a waste of talent.

Idra's greatest downfall is himself. He came into the tourny with the mental mindset that he had no chance of beating MC. Then he played game 1, fell behind due to the phoenix harras, came back and pulled ahead for a bit and still ended up losing.
Instead of Idra looking back at what he did and improving upon it (granted he only had 2 mins), he just thinks well that was my best and it didn't work so I might as well 6 pool. Same thing w/ the Huk match in Dallas. Rather than actually push and give it a go vs. the voids he just gave up. Idra gave up when he decided to 6 pool game two against MC.

...... *sigh* Sometimes I feel the biggest opponent of Idra is himself. I mean I can understand where he's coming from with the imbalance issues, but it feels like going into the game with a mindset of 'Zerg sucks and can't beat protoss' already positions him to lose

yeh he is!!!! Always loved him when he was casting WoW arena's, actually wondered the other day what he'd be doing seeing wow died out. I'm so glad to see him here in sc2 now, and hopefully he'll get more gigs, because he's really funny and charismatic!
