The thing is, they're never going to become a very profitable organization if they keep failing spectacularly each time.
Obviously most of their traffic load comes from SC2 fanbase, which means SC2 should be their highest priority. If they want to be a "very profitable organization", they'll figure out a way to cut the expenses elsewhere and make internet at venues handle the load (or pick venues that can make it work).

I made out the tournament in bracket form. I wasn't sure which part of the loser's bracket the Round 1 winner's bracket losers would go to. Do these tournaments have the "if necessary" game (I included it)?

To all of the Europeans waking up:
Really the only games cast yesterday were replays (Destiny vs Response for example)...every time they tried to cast a live game the net failed. So there's nothing you missed other than F5ing a twitter page for 6 hours.

Gretorp lost 100% of his matches and ends up in the championship bracket, to reach top 6 you need 3 wins and 1 loss... I'm starting to wonder if this format is really that good, just complicated.

100% true, he also said on twitter he was sorry about it. A mod sent a twitter telling him that the customers was correct, the word is banned on MLGs forums.

It was worse today, full 9 hrs of delays because of lag followed by a replay cast because the observers would just lag out games. The re-stream isn't on because they need to replace the router at the venue after they exceeded capacity, you're only other option is the replays which are linked in the More Info section of the brackets.

He also played against some of the hardest people in the tournament, if he loses tomorrow then wont be seeded in the top 16 for columbus, but if he wins at least it shows he deserved that spot over some of the people coming through the open. Remembering of course that it's a circuit not just an isolated event, and the national championship has the majority of the prize pool, so doing well in all the events is what matters.
