Grubby moved down to the last round of the open bracket LB. There the 8 lsoers from the RO16 (Grubby included) had to face whoever won their matches in that section. The winner of that game is seeded 9th-16th in the championship bracket. Yeah thats what i thought also, however the MLG page linked on my first quote shows Sheth and CocoA on their place. So i was asking if there was any game that decided that positions shift or if it was a mistake from MLG. But it's more likely that MLG typed the wrong names there to pile up to the number of technical difficulties they are having on this event. =( I wouldn't want to be on MLG's spot, even after all those problems on this event i still want them to suceed, having another big sc2 event is good for e-sport. =(

Seriously -- why not just not bother casting it at all and let Day9 and Wheat cast it from their own homes from replays over skype?

He is playing at an unreal level, and I was simply amazed by how easily he tossed quality opponents to the side. He had an unfair amount of units at times.

Uhh bullshit do you remember the last MLG where everyone waited for an hour in the middle of the finals? MLG fucking blows and they need to fix their issues.

BTW people are saying there were some insane problems with the stream? if thats true then I may have to think long and hard before buying my HD pass for Columbus. Acutally I think quite the opposite. They'll never let it happen again. Everyone was so freaking out since they had local ISP issues and they got nearly double the volume they were expecting. They won't let it happen again. Also if they can retain the viewership after this weeked it will be great for them for sponsorship.

The HuK vs Kiwi series they broke into 7:30 into the game and almost immediately the game lagged and HuK gave us another MLG gem with the "this is fucking ridiculous" quote. Its not MLGs fault though as far as I heard they are not getting the bandwidth they had requested. edit: On a side note the stream being on replays allowed a lot of us to fully take advantage of all the other stage-like stations they had set up and observe some pretty exciting games.

I, for one, would not want to beat somebody on a technicality as dumb as chatting before a game. Someone like Idra is so headstrong and confident that they think they can beat anyone that they come up against, they don't need a cheap victory over something like that. I guarantee if something had been done, to either player, neither of them would have enjoyed the win. Anyone who does enjoy to compete, enjoys winning by being the better player, not by having it handed to you. ^ Agree with this guy 100%, if I lost in Idra's position and Huk taunted me, you're damn right I'd want to beat him without some crappy technicality. ;x Surprised how many people are just saying "Oh I would've paused and gotten the refs right there!"

They had the "correct" results up earlier though, so they actually changed them to say TLO and Haypro lost. o.O
