At least the restream is awesome.

I should have known there was a restream before I spoiled myself of every game.

first with his walkover comment against cruncher and now kiwi beating him at mlg after his comment about root diminishing in skill. it seems like he almost asks to get proven wrong.

In an Interview he said that out of his group he fears Kiwikaki the most.

Yeah kiwikaki have alot of weird but well timed strats. Think a player like him would do well vs koreans.

Pool A:
Kiwikaki- 3 wins, 0 losses
Idra- 2 wins, 1 loss
Socke- 1 win, 2 losses
Gretorp- 0 wins, 3 losses

Pool B:
Select- 3 wins, 0 losses
Sjow- 2 win, 1 loss
qxc- 1 win, 2 loss
Ret- 0 wins, 3 losses

Pool C:
InControl- 2 wins, 1 loss
SLush- 2 win, 1 loss
PainUser- 1 win, 2 loss
TLO- 1 win, 2 losses

Pool D:
Drewbie- 3 wins, 0 losses
Machine- 2 win, 1 loss
Agh- 1 win, 2 losses
Tyler- 1 win, 2 losses

Root looking strong, with Drewbie and Kiwikaki dominating pool A/D. Team Dignitas taking the grip on pool B with Select/Sjow playing some nice terran. Liquid not looking strong in the pool play, Tyler a bit helped by a threeway tie in his pool. However, Huk going strong in the open bracket. Pool C not having a strong leader, hard to say what will happen.

The big question is, how long can Gretorp be on a team while continue with this kind of results. He is doing work for NASL while being here at MLG and have a fulltime job, is the training taking a blow by all this different side projects? As a team manager I would be worried.
I am not young enough to know everything.

Ret lost 1-2 every game which kinda sucks. Hopefully he'll be able to get thru the loser bracket, unfortunately he won't be seeded very high.

Ret doesn't hit any loser brackets. He's auto seeded into the Championship bracket because he was in pool play. He'll just be lower seeded than his group mates

ah ok i mustve missed that one, even still i find it interesting how quick he is to call someone out as bad only to eat his own words.
i like idra but if he cant support his own trash talk (generalized toward a team or not) then he should zip his lips so he doesnt look foolish

Hmmm... I don't see the full results anywhere in the OP which baffles me, only someone posted which player has how many wins a couple of pages ago. :s

Anyway, as I can derive from these standings Incontrol lost to Painuser and won the other games in his group? Man.... I thought incontrol was going to do well so I bet some money on him to win vs Painuser, now I come here and see he is first in the group and that is the only match he lost?

Sad panda ;(

Is it just me or is the quality of the HD stream really no different from that of the LQ? I dont really see a difference pressing the HQ on / off.

they have all the results of the games right below the restream so if you hadn't spoiled yourself MLG would have anyway :D

IdrA is just saying he is better, which is the truth, he is way better than all these players. The point is in SC2 not always the best player wins

Am I the only one that got SO turned off by this HQ rip-off that I just decided to not watch MLG and Never Ever support them again ?

its ok just demand a refund and don't watch/support any future events or brands that affiliate with MLG.

I told the support guy this, after he offered me a refund :

"I DON'T want a refund. I want to support e-sports, and get to watch MLG Dallas Starcraft in HQ."

No response.

I lol'd at DJWheat and Day9 in nice costumes, presenting like a real sport match. Then I thought it was a great thing that esports is being more serious on such great events.

IdrA is just saying he is better, which is the truth, he is way better than all these players. The point is in SC2 not always the best player wins

He loses => he's not better. He just has better mechanics. And one think he is too stupid or stubborn (or both) to understand, is that it's the game creator who makes the rules, not the players. He can think of excuses all the time, he might have a somewhat constant opinions about the state of the game, but it's poker players like KiWiKaKi who will always swipe the floor with him
Yeah, whatever
