Does anyone think the Koreans are losing to the foreigner underdogs because of the time difference? Are they just a bit too tired?

P.S. anyone notice how the amount of lag discussion in this thread is inversely proportional to the commentators? It's like they were given special instruction to not discuss the topic in the games. I could believe in your Boxer and Nestea 0-2 prediction, not very likely but believable. But MC, i once saw a baby about to be ran over by a truck and MC was playing a zerg player on one tournament called TSL3 and when he saw the baby he thoguht "Crap, gotta save that baby, but i just opened with 3gate FE! Ok gonna kill him now!" Won the game and saved the baby in time! True story!

I'm surprised any of them are capable of getting any wins. They do not need your misplaced pity. They are professional gamers. This means that sometimes you have to play with or against lag. And sometimes you play badly. Don't pull them down to your low level by forcing your pity on them. They should not be complacent. They should be harassed with unknown strategies and players every time they step outside of Korea so they improve.

Just check the LAN results of past SC2 tournaments where lag was no issue for both players. You will see that it's not going to change...

They are mixing the pairs up to see what works.
