[NASL] Players (final) - Page 18
Forum Index > StarCraft 2 Tournaments |
Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied. Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't.

I'm especially interested in seeing the rest of the NA invites. I can't even think of 15-20 credible invites from that region, no disrespect intended.

I guess we just have to wait and see, but it will be a damn shame if fan-favorites like artosis/grubby is left out=[ After watching the video of artosis on wcg usa finals, quitting his job each year to practice starcraft. How does he not deserve another shot. Im sure his skill level is atleast equal to alot of these invites, and would have a huge following. Well thank you for making your opinion into mine... I think all of those players are smart choices. No matter who is chosen, players are going to be left out, there has to be a cut off at some point. I am perfectly ok with those guys being in over some top Koreans. Why? Because I think all 15 of those players will give us some great games. And I realize people will be left out, no matter who is in the league. Let's have them announce all 50 players before we talk about people being left out right now. People are already saying shit like how can Haypro be in over someone else in TL, most likely, they all are in it (except Huk and Jinro who didn't seem to apply). And also people keep saying what are these guys results in sc2 and then advocate that Artosis needs to be in NASL. Artosis is awesome and would be great in the NASL, but where are his sc2 results? Some people really need to think before they post.

I dunno why so many people are hating on the list - particularly when it is incomplete. ![]()

Can't argue with any of these picks. I agree with everyone besides being unsure about: Cruncher, Cloud, Darkforce, and Catz. Cruncher won a TL open and therefore is in the TSL as well as he won several weekly tourneys. Catz is such a cool guy but I haven't seen him win much, he's a must for any tourney though! And Cloud + Darkforce, haven't seen much from them - so time will tell.

The rest I don't know enough about but that is probably because I am only a mid-level follower of SC2. That and we still have many many more to go. I dunno why so many people are hating on the list - particularly when it is incomplete. ![]() It's because I could name 50 players who are better than half the list, which means some of those 50 won't be included. It sucks, but that's why a lot of people are bashing the list as it is. Another part of it has to do with the fact that only one Korean is on the list out of 15 announced, and he's not even considered a top Korean. There was a surveyr done and the vast majority of people wanted to see the best players, even if that meant NASL being all Korean, rather than just popular Western players.

MC is definitely going to get picked. His cockiness and confidence guarantee him a place in NASL.

I want superstars ![]() between korea, EU and NA it shouldnt be too hard to find 50 people who have placed top 8 tournaments of note or prestige. (or just anyone in code s and the top of code a in the GSL) i dont want to see more than 15-18 koreans and i undserstand moon as he placed second at IEM but still there are defenetly 15 korean players better than moon

Invite current top players! Yeah he didn't just beat a whole bunch of EU and NA stars at IEM.... Oh wait. Definitely worthy of an invite, and helps hype the tournament.
