Yeah it'd be close; MC might even win.

we have MC here and in TSL starting soon. Good .. !

Well MC vs Kas would be better, both are extremely good right now. I like Grubby, but seem like he hasn't ready to win yet, need to work on Macro a lot more.

SO HARD TO CHOOSE.

Will the finals be played at the sime time as TSL? That would suck

Loving the events and matches so much, but the admins in the irc channel are completly retarded. I just got kicked for "flaming" O_o. Good lord.

3:30 Grubby pylon blocks Kas's natural. Kas starts CC in his main.

TSL has Artosis!

It's not like Kas does anything "special", he is just the most solid terran in europe macro/micro-wise. I think Kas has a good chance to defeat MC, who has been struggling against terran lately anyway.

Pylon block my natural? I'LL JUST BUILD A CC SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Man that must be sweet xD

On April 24 2011 02:07 StUfF wrote: Morrow's build for game 1-2 were very strange, especially even after scouting that MC was playing a defensive/macro 3 base game.
Basically his build looked like -- Get 3 Base -- Play greedy. -- Mass Roach -- Max out -- Build stockpile -- Attack -- Remax on Roach -- Win or lose because your massively behind on tech.
Might have worked on a lesser protoss but MC's macro was spot on. It also didn't help that MC played a defensive 3 base/reactive style. Good simcity stopped alot of Roach harass. MC's upgrades were always equal or very slightly behind Morrow's even with morrow massive eco advantage. Morrow didn't even try to deny the third or slow letting MC's eco catch up while morrow stayed passive macroing/building a stockpile. MC's double robo let him crank out immortals and Morrow let him build up 5-6 immortals each engagement. Each time Morrow tried to Hydra, well controlled colossus killed them all with gateway force tanking.
Feels like Morrow never had a chance the way he decided to play.
I think all of this also really reinforces his need to integrate infestors into his strategy. This is theorycraft sure, but it just seems like the PERFECT compliment. Build tons of immortals? Reduce their shields/keep them from moving out in front with fungal. Have to harass? Commit more to multi-pronged attacks, and have the ability to delay counterattacks with infestors. Alternatively, do the damage while major fights are happening, since infestors let you do eco damage for relatively low supply. Have to do assured damage? Kill probes/major tech structures with fungals/infested marines. Sure, they can't do EVERYTHING at once and they aren't unstoppable, but it just seems so foolish not to invest in them.
