Is it too late and out of the question to have some sort of gameplay based qualification process for the borderline players?

Sad part is, without top koreans, the winner of this tourney will always be questioned : "What if Nestea and MVP and MKP were there too?"

MLG is not on the same scale as NASL so its not really a valid comparison. And frankly Huk Idra Jinro won MLG so the same argument could be applied to it as well but no point. Leave MLG out of it since it is another very fun competition.

I think 5 Koreans is fine for NASL season 1. When NA/EU players get better, I could see it opening up to 10 Koreans once it becomes possibly for Koreans to be knocked out early.

This must be some of the dumbest logic I've read in this thread, and not to single you out alone, there are many others who have logic that is just as bad as yours.

So you only want to invite Koreans once they can be knocked out of the tournament and once you feel that "foreigners are good enough to make it through"? Then let me ask you when you see this happening when we try and limit Korean exposure in the NASL and basically allow Koreans to continue to move ahead. Face it, the Korean way of training and practice is clearly working, and until they come and wake everyone in the NASL up, I feel foreign training regiments will always be behind, widening the current skill gap.

People have made so many sports analogies because people are hoping Starcraft 2 will bring on the growth of "e-sports". This will never happen though when the community continues to have so many e-pansies that don't want to see their homegrown heroes most likely get stomped the first seasons or two by Koreans. Having a larger amount of Koreans in the NASL will give more players exposure to their play style and aggression, allowing them to improve. Not inviting them and limiting the amount of Koreans that are allowed, is like disallowing superstars from sports associations because they are "too good". Sounds retarded right? That's how a bunch of you guys come across right now.

It's funny that people are limiting the competition in a competitive sport so lesser players who aren't as dedicated can play catch up. Although 10-15 would be best since it will add more to the tournament than having 45-50 Koreans.

Ummm.. with all these Koreans applying for NASL, will there be any room for the NA players? Nothing against the NA players of course.

I love oGsMC's video... I love his attitude. Super cocky, but anyone has got to admit he has got the skills to back it up.

Hey a little technical critique, picking up a cheap lavaliere microphone can really boost the sound quality of your interviews.

Audio-Technica makes a great quality Lav mic:

Anyways, thanks for the interviews, keep 'em coming :D

Btw, I saw some comments for the startale vods about how its just their managers preparing this etc, and I cant speak for Startale but all of oGs did this on their own - yeah, they asked for help when they needed it but nobody here wrote it for them.

Inca basically soloed his completely. So the idiots saying the Koreans arent making an effort to interact with the non-Kor scene or whatever... just dont even start.

MC did no preparation at all and just answered Qs as they came.

Not only are these awesome, but I love how the Korean scene is actually paying attention to foreigners. You guys are a big part of making that happen.

Only two teams have applied. Even if they accepted them all that would only add up to 10-12 koreans.

I don't remember Bomber or SuperNova doing well in GSL but maybe they just kept getting mirror matchup games since I usually skip those. Not every Korean that applies has a proven record.

I see no debate, the nasl is supposed to be the best tournie in the world, so they should invite the best players in the world(that applied ofc) yes, that means a lot of koreans, but hey they are the best imo it will make foreigners step up their game, form prohouses etc etc. if its just foreigners then sorry i see no reason in watching it over gsl.

supernova was in the code a final : /, and bomber did amazingly well in the teamleagues. At least have the courtesy to know what you are talking about before you challenge an argument
