It's probably due to zerg having the highest skill cap. Most these zergs just aren't quite good enough to defeat the protoss death ball in these critical tournament games. Its very hard to break the neck of the other races as Zerg. I think thats why it seems like some of these Zerg have trouble closing out the game. I don't know if people noticed, but TheWind ran out of resources. He was mined out in both main and nat and his gold wasn't that saturated. He probably had resources banked to do the kinds of continuous streaming that he did during the mid-game, but once those resources were spent he was not able to collect enough to stop the medium-sized force that SanZenith had pushing down.
He also lost like 1000 minerals worth of Static D to a single DT. That really angered me to see. The Wind!
Anyway, Trickster (Top Left) vs. Sc (Bottom Left) on Tal'Darim.

Yeah I am so pissed at SanZenith I'd support a terran over him right now. I hate anyone who beats FD! Anypro beat FD, not San he beat NesTea.

How does the match being close equate to the game being balanced? People bitching obviously think the Wind deserved to win by a significant margin.

Lets go trickster :D Protoss fighting!

Obviously, Tastosis hasn't heard of 4 Port Banshee ~_~

Artosis says Seige Tanks are the late game against Protoss? They get absolutely wrecked by Collosus and Blink it's not even funny and not even close to an option.

GO SCFOU! We need more terrans in the ro8!

Even though san ignored those 3 queens, I'm pretty sure 10 queens would make san warp in hts to feedback. no way he could matched thewind for every queen. True, but at the same time, 7 queens more would be 48 zerglings less, so just feedbacking the highest energy queens and it shouldn't be that bad for the stalkers to deal with the queens, since there wouldn't really be anything else on the field. 4 queens (for a total of 6) and however many lings to keep the stalkers off them wins.

Right, he also lost 7-8 broodlords to 3 void rays. Things like that take a toll on your ability to put up a resistance even if you do manage to kill the Protoss's nexuses.

LOL dont fear the reaper reference.

Was is it just me who saw San's micro on those blink stalkers when theWind countered with roaches?

They're wrong. The wind made a lot of mistakes, and he lost a ton of corrupters needless by flying them by stalkers.
Stalker rush inbound! And fails!

So make a post in the strategy section if you need to. Play by play threads aren't for balance crying.
