Player with better macro and micro won, the guy isent just 1-2 base cheeser as people said he was.

He easily outmacroed a good Zerg player, great play

The first attack really set the pace for the game kyrix was stuck playing catch up all game and got overwhelmed

kyrix may not be the best opponent, but i laugh in the face of those who ever called this guy a one-trick pony, this guy's one hell of a world class player

(that was one of the most interesting sc2 games played in any tournament, and the execution was amazing)

wow, I never hated MKP. like many others, i thought of him as a stylistic player . but to see him tonight dominating with mech... just wow. first match i can say was worth my 10 bucks this season

MarineKing is just so unbelievably good. You can tell he's spent the off season diversifying and working on the changes he tried to make before the last finals.

I think he's finally going to win a final. :D

game was already lost for zerg 5 min into the game after kyrix lose about 10-15 drones to 8-10 marines.

Out of all the "veterans" and "pros" of starcraft 2 thus far... MKP/Jinro are the only ones that are consistently remaining in code S. Fruitdealer really disappointed today

Looking forward to more of their games.

MKP moves out to the center of the map, and Kyrix attempts to confront him with Roaches and baneling drops. MKP holds and sieges in the center of the map.

MKP takes out Kyrix's 4th, and there are too many Thors and tanks out on the field. MKP keeps getting maxed out yet Kyrix is supply blocked at around 140.

MKP mass expanding to 5 more expos. Manner MULE drop as he pushes to Kyrix's peninsula.

MKP unsieges his tanks and a-moves into Kyrix's base. More manner MULEs.

Tons more tanks, thors, and hellions stream in.

Kyrix GGs. MKP looks positively phenomenal.

Actually I begin to wonder who will take the Zerg "throne" in the actual sc2. July ? Yeah sounds cool. Not the dominant player we are expecting for the leader of the Zergs but well...

MKP is gonna go far this season without MVP and Nestea in his way. With him showing some diverse play away from his heavy marine style it looks like his gameplay has evolved to where he's shown he can be versatile. Very excited to see him play the rest of his games.
