Genius was on two base as well, technically that's ahead because toss has more worth for the cost in their units than zerg does. Genius coulda just done a 6 gate timing push after he stopped the nydus. When you open forge first, you have to watch for nydus because it's the best way to punish a toss, you spot this by having pylons on the perimeter of your base or by patrolling a unit on the outskirts of your base, it can easily be stopped. Also nydus can't be cancelled, and the nydus tech 150/200 would have been completely wasted. He had no investment in roaches or hydras, a gate timing push woulda crushed FD. This was a one time strategy and it worked, Artosis said it was a one time thing for a reason, it won't work again and it won't work against an opponent who is aware of their builds weakness. | ||

Pretty much identical builds so far, Tester slightly faster to his warpgate research and first Stalker though. Tester going 4gate Genius going 4gate Genius with an extra chrono on warpgate research catches up to Tester, both players taking up additional gas...both players throwing up a robo | ||
